The added social and schoolwork pressures push piano lessons out. Students compare themselves to others who may not be good enough and feel embarrassed. This is the point at which they are usually capable of playing their best.
If you want to improve your piano playing, you need to focus on your technique, not on how good you are at playing the piano. If you don’t know what you’re doing, then you won’t be able to play your best, and that’s not a good thing.

When we know that you have learned from your mistakes, we are more than willing to listen. Make a list of all the things you love about your child. This list should include everything from their personality to the way they interact with the world around them.
For example, you might something like, “I love that my son loves to play with his friends. He is so much fun to be around. I love the fact that he has such a good sense of humor and is always willing to help someone out.” You can also include things like their favorite books, movies, and TV shows, as well as the activities they like to do together.
If you can’t think of anything on your list, write it down on a piece of paper and keep it with you at all times. It will help you keep track of what you like and don’t like about the child you are raising. Talk to them about what they are doing right now. Ask them to tell you about their current activities and activities that they want to try in the future.

I no longer find it worthwhile to continue the tutoring sessions because your child and i are not making much progress. I will continue through the explicit date if you like.
